Free Meeting and Event Planning Services
The ACCVB offers many complimentary services to meeting planners. We offer services that include the following:
- Solicitation of bids for hotel rooms and meeting facilities
- Preparation of a formal proposal to host your event
- Organization of site inspections of local facilities
- Provision of total meeting planning assistance including coordination of off-site activities
- Coordination and/or recommendation of a variety of guest and children’s programs, both recreational and educational
- Provision of a convenient toll-free number for use on conference registration materials. Your attendees may phone us directly (at no cost to them) for directions, maps and other visitor information
- Furnishing of promotional materials such as brochures, accommodation listings and maps to distribute during pre-registration or in confirmation mailings
- Submittal
of news releases to all local and regional media and/or can provide you
with a local/regional media list (clippings of newspaper coverage will
be provided to you at the end of the event)
During your Meeting or event the ACCVB can:
- Provide a visitor information station during registration
- Provide welcome bags filled with valuable visitor information
Additional Meeting/Event Services
For a nominal fee, the ACCVB can offer:
- Complete on-site registration assistance
- Name badges, blank or pre-printed with names and registration information
