The Athens AM Rotary Club's annual poker-style Quilt Barn Ride raises funds for the Club's charity work and Pelotonia, a grassroots bike tour with one goal: to end cancer.
Enjoy a scenic bike tour of Athens, Ohio, and discover some of the community's beautiful patchwork Quilt Barns along the way. The QBR will start in Eclipse Company Town, in Athens, Ohio, and follow a route designed by experienced riders of this part of the state. The tour offers three different routes to choose from along the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway.
Route Option #1: 50-mile road that will feature a variety of Quilt Barns
Route Option #2: 19-mile one way (38-mile round-trip) on the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway.
Route Option #3: Combine Options #1 and #2 for a 70-88-mile route
In addition to the tour, the Poker Game Fundraiser offers the opportunity for the winner to have a $1,500 donation made for them by the Athens AM Rotary to ride in the Pelotonia Tour from Columbus to Athens!
