Masquerade in Blues

Regional dance instructors will visit Athens to teach beginner blues dance lessons. Jared Clemens of Pittsburgh, will lead a beginner lesson 1-5pm Sat. and break-down moves for easy learning.  A dance and live music with the Blue Rails Band will begin at 8pm. Lessons cost $25 and come with free dance entry. Dance-only costs $7. Students, faculty, staff and community members are encouraged to attend the event. No dance experience necessary, no partner required. The Jitterbug Club, OU’s Swing Dance Club, hosts the event. Contact oujitterbug@gmail.com for questions.
