Sunday, Feb. 5, the Athens Conservancy will host a hike at Strouds Run State
Park featuring the Vista Point and Thunderbunny Trails. Hikers can embark on a self-guided hike
beginning any time between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Volunteers will mark trail loops of 2.5 and 4 miles. Maps and refreshments will be provided.
Hiking
will start at Strouds Run State Park Shelter House 1, which is the first
shelter house on the right-hand side of Strouds Run Road (Co. Rd. 20) after
entering the park from the west (coming from Athens)
